In the second quarter of 2022, the top five Gacha games on the Android platform in Latin America demonstrated varying trends in weekly downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a look at the performance of Genshin Impact, Empires & Puzzles: Match-3 RPG, Rise of Kingdoms: Lost Crusade, MIR4, and 8 Ball Pool.

Genshin Impact saw fluctuating weekly revenue, starting from approximately $169K in late March and experiencing a decline to around $62K in mid-May. However, it rebounded to about $141K by the end of May. Weekly downloads were relatively stable, averaging around 73K to 87K, while weekly active users fluctuated between 665K and 744K, ending the quarter on an upward trend at approximately 742K.

Empires & Puzzles: Match-3 RPG experienced steady weekly revenue, peaking at around $117K at the end of May. Weekly downloads remained consistent, ranging between 18K and 23K, while weekly active users hovered around 103K to 115K, showing a slight decline towards the end of the quarter.

Rise of Kingdoms: Lost Crusade exhibited a varied revenue trend, with weekly earnings peaking at about $103K in late June. Downloads saw a significant spike in mid-June, reaching approximately 131K, while active users fluctuated widely, peaking at around 870K towards the end of June.

MIR4 displayed a declining trend in weekly revenue, starting at $98K in late March and dropping to around $44K by late June. Weekly downloads also showed a downward trend, with a notable spike to approximately 15K at the end of June. Active users similarly declined from around 153K to approximately 104K by the end of the quarter.

8 Ball Pool maintained a relatively stable revenue, averaging around $74K per week. Downloads remained strong, fluctuating between 342K and 438K. However, active users saw a decline from around 4.86M in late March to approximately 4.35M by the end of June.
